The ZPT-420 Series is a high-speed, automatic double-press type rotary tablet press machine. It is designed to press granular raw materials into round or irregular shaped tablets, as well as double-layer and annular tablets. Product Description
The ZPT-420 series rotary tablet press features a double-pressing function with pre-pressure and main pressure rollers, ensuring high-quality tablet formation even at high speeds. The machine is fully enclosed with a stainless steel housing, preventing cross-contamination and meeting strict hygiene standards.
Transparent windows allow for clear observation of the pressing condition and can be opened for easy cleaning and maintenance. The machine is equipped with an overload protection unit that automatically stops the machine to prevent damage to punches and apparatus in case of overpressure.
