ZL Series Rotary Granulating Machine

The ZL Series Rotary Granulator is a versatile machine that transforms stirred raw materials into required granules. It is particularly suitable for processing materials with high viscosity, such as instant granules, solid beverages, and chicken essence.

The machine utilizes a pair of rotating grinding knives (or extrusion blades) to grind damp materials. The milling knife and the pressing blade rotate in opposite directions.

Under the action of centrifugal force and curve thrust, the material is pressed down by the inclined plane and squeezed out through the mesh of the stainless steel sieve cylinder (screen). This process forms cylindrical granules of uniform size, which are then automatically discharged.
