YK Series Pendular Granulating Machine

The YK Series Oscillating Granulator operates by mechanically driving a drum (rotor) to swing back and forth. This oscillating motion forces the material through a screen sieve, forming uniform granules. It is an ideal equipment for small to large scale production in various industries.

The machine is constructed with high-quality stainless steel for all parts contacting the material, ensuring hygiene and durability. It features a compact design, low noise, and high efficiency.

The motor drives the rotor to oscillate repeatedly via a mechanical transmission system. The wet powder mixture or dry block material is fed into the hopper.

Under the reciprocating action of the rotor, the material is pressed against the screen mesh. The granules are extruded through the sieve holes and discharged from the bottom of the machine. The size of the granules is determined by the mesh size of the screen used.
