Product Description
The V-type mixer consists of two cylinders welded together in a V-shape. As the container rotates, the material flows naturally due to gravity, separating and combining repeatedly. This asymmetric movement ensures that materials are mixed thoroughly without accumulation or dead corners.
This equipment is ideal for mixing dry powder or granular materials with good fluidity. It does not dissolve materials, has no volatile effects, and maintains the integrity of the granule structure during the mixing process.
Main Features
- Structure: The barrel is welded by two cylinders in a V-shape. The structure is simple, easy to operate, and easy to clean.
- Material: All contact parts are made of high-quality stainless steel (304 or 316L) to meet GMP standards.
- Discharge: Equipped with a butterfly valve for manual or pneumatic discharge, ensuring no dust leakage.
- Safety: Can be equipped with a safety fence. The machine stops automatically when the fence is opened (optional).
- Forced Agitator: An optional forced agitator can be installed inside the barrel for mixing materials containing fine powder or blocks.
