Coating Machine (BY Series Sugar Coating)
The BY Series Coating Machine is designed for sugar coating of tablets, pills, and candies in the pharmaceutical and food industries. It is also suitable for rolling and heating beans, nuts, and seeds. The machine features an adjustable tilting angle and an independent hot air blower system.

Product Description
The BY Series Sugar Coating Machine uses a rotating pot to coat tablets and pills uniformly. The tilting angle of the sugar coating pot is adjustable to suit different materials and processes. A gas heater or electric furnace can be placed directly under the pot for heating.
An individual blower with electrical heating is attached to the machine. The air outlet pipe stretches into the pot for heating or cold blowing, and the thermal capacity is adjustable. It is widely used for sugar coating, film coating (optional), and polishing in pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.
