The BG Series High-Efficiency Coating Machine is a specialized equipment used for coating Chinese and Western medicine tablets, pills, and candies. It supports both aqueous film coating and organic solvent film coating. The entire process is controlled by a microcomputer programmable system (PLC), offering both automatic and manual control options.
The machine features a closed operation environment, ensuring no dust or liquid spatter, which meets strict hygiene requirements. It includes explosion-proof measures for organic solvents. The coating process—spraying, drying, and exhausting—is performed simultaneously, significantly reducing production time (1-2 hours for film coating, 4-5 hours for sugar coating).
