Product Description
The FTS-1A Rotary Powder Filling Machine adopts a servo motor to drive the screw (auger) for filling, ensuring high filling accuracy and easy adjustment of dosage via the touch screen. It is specifically designed for handling powder materials with varying fluidity.
The machine features a star-wheel transport system that stably moves vials or bottles through the stations of filling and stoppering. It is equipped with advanced sensors to detect the presence of bottles, ensuring no filling or stoppering occurs if a bottle is missing, which minimizes waste and ensures production line efficiency.
