Product Description
The FL Series Fluid Bed Granulator is a comprehensive system composed of a main machine, air handling system, heating system, slurry handling system, and control system. Operation begins by feeding materials into the fluid bed silo. Filtered and heated air enters the main machine, fluidizing the powder.
Slurry from the handling system is sprayed onto the fluidized materials via a spray gun, bonding the powder into granules. Once the process is complete, the silo can be discharged via a lifting transfer machine or vacuum feeder, ensuring a closed operation that effectively controls dust and cross-contamination.
