The DZH-80 Automatic Cartoning Machine represents a modern solution for end-of-line packaging. It is a multifunctional device suitable for a wide range of products including Alu-PVC blister sheets, round or flat bottles, tubes, and similar items. The machine utilizes photoelectric monitoring to ensure every action—from manual folding to final sealing—is perfectly coordinated.
Equipped with an intelligent detection system, the DZH-80 automatically stops if no material is detected or if an incorrect position is identified, displaying the fault reason on the screen for rapid troubleshooting. Its modular design allows it to work as a standalone unit or be seamlessly linked with blister packaging machines, labeling machines, and overwrapping equipment to form a complete production line.
